1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Tu Es Belle Spa website (tuesbellespa.com) or booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Tu Es Belle Spa provides medical esthetics services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and skin resurfacing. All services are by appointment only. Results may vary based on individual skin type and condition.

3. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments must be booked in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Health & Safety Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. Tu Es Belle Spa reserves the right to decline service if a treatment is deemed unsafe for a client.

5. Payments All services must be paid in full at time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. All sales are final. No refunds on services rendered.

6. SMS Communications By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment reminders and promotional SMS messages from Tu Es Belle Spa. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability Tu Es Belle Spa is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
